There have been frustrating conversations in certain neighborhoods throughout the years to get people … For the past 29 years, Family Promise of Las Vegas has helped thousands of families with children transition from homelessness to safe, stable, and dignified housing. 70% of the families served achieve sustainable housing. Family Promise of Las Vegas Applicants are screened, must be currently homeless, and lack financial stability to provide a residence for their family with one or more minor children in the household. Emergency shelter, housing and rental assistance programs that provide homeless prevention, housing expense assistance, mortgage and rental payment assistance services. We've collected a list of Las Vegas community resources for families that are looking for housing. Please share this list and reach out to Vegas Stronger™ to hep coordinate housing for you or a loved oned. The Family Promise provides shelter for homeless families with children through local congregations rotating in their responsibilities on a weekly basis. Family Promise is a 30-day program. The city is focused on the Courtyard Homeless Resource Center. A starting point where homeless individuals can go to access resources all in one place within the Corridor of Hope at 314 Foremaster Lane.
